FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 29
Tree Lighting | 4pm–8pm
Gather the family and join us for our legendary Tree Lighting Ceremony, featuring live music, delectable food, complimentary hot chocolate and cookies, and more. It’s a festive event you won’t want to miss!

SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 30
Holiday Parade | 6:30pm
Enjoy lights, floats, music and more at this annual Christmas Parade. This tradition will begin at 107th street and Third Avenue and travel north to 96th street, ending at Second Avenue with the final float featuring Santa himself! Enjoy festive treats throughout the night.
Seabillys Band | 8–11pm
After the parade, keep the celebration going with live music by the one and only Seabillys Band in The Reeds’ Sweet Grass Ballroom. Dance the night away while enjoying festive food and cocktails. Celebrate the perfect start to a joyful and unforgettable holiday season—don’t miss out on the fun!
