DEPOSIT: At the time of reservation, a non-refundable deposit for the full amount of the stay plus applicable taxes will be charged to the card provided.

CANCELLATION: All reservations with this offer cannot be canceled, changed, modified or adjusted

 

READY, SET, SUMMER

DEPOSIT: At the time of reservation, a non-refundable deposit for the full amount of the stay plus applicable taxes will be charged to the card provided.

CANCELLATION: All reservations at this rate cannot be cancelled, modified, or adjusted and are non-refundable and non-transferable.

 

READY, SET, EXTEND 

RATE CODE / PROMO CODE: RSE25

DEPOSIT: A 50 percent deposit will be required at time of reservation for 2 or more night’s stay. Payment in full will be required for 1 night stays at the time of reservation. Reservation will automatically be cancelled if deposit is not received at time of reservation.

CANCELLATION: Cancellations outside of 30 days of arrival will be charged a 50 dollar processing fee per reservation. Cancellation inside of 30 days of arrival is subject to forfeiture of deposit. Cancellations inside 14 days of arrival will be charged the full payment for length of reservation. No length of stay changes will be honored within 30 days of confirmed arrival. In case of no shows, late arrival or early departure, guest will be charged the full payment for length of the reservation. Any recommended services added to your reservation must be cancelled 48 hours prior to arrival. Any recommended services cancellations within 48 hours of arrival will be subject to a charge equal to the full amount of the service.
