Each Guest age 12 or older in addition to the standard occupancy (2) will be charged a $20.00 fee per person per night.
Due to our departures/arrivals having specific times for completion, housekeeping attends to those rooms first. This means that stay-over service is likely to occur during the late afternoon into the evening. In the event that you would like to request early stay-over service, please contact the Front Desk.
If available, turn down service is offered seasonally between 5 – 9 pm to all guests. If you do not wish to receive this service please place the Do Not Disturb sign outside your door.
NO SMOKING POLICY
Guest rooms are smoke-free, including on the balconies. A $250 fee will be assessed if smoking has been detected.
We are happy to accept the use of a credit card or debit card for the required security deposit. The security deposit is $100 per day for other hotel charges such as restaurants, lounge, etc. River House releases these funds upon departure; however, your bank or credit card company may hold these funds for an extended period of time. DEBIT CARD authorizations may last up to thirty days before funds are available in your account.
Guests are responsible for the cost of the entire stay within 30 days of arrival. Late arrivals and early departures are treated as cancellations.
Our complimentary valet service is located on 3rd avenue during the summer season (May through October)
